Permission for breaking blocks at spawn?

    Hi,

    As far as I know, only ops can break blocks at configured spawn areas. Is there any plugins that have the feature of giving permissions to certain groups so they can break blocks at spawn area without being an op? Great for playing with my friends in my server. :) Or maybe I already have the plugin but I didn't know such feature existed for that plugin?

    My plugins:
    Spectate, RAM, Craftipedia, IPLog, BukkitHTTPD, xAuth, Vault, PermissionsEx, RemoteToolkitPlugin, BS-GUIPlugin, Essentials, BoxxWorldMap, ChatManager, EssentialsSpawn, Modifyworld, AntiCheat

    open bukkit.yml and change spawn-radius to 0 =)
