People unable to join lost connection help please!!

Here is what happens [ips have been removed]

10:30:27 [INFO] lost connection
10:30:56 [INFO] lost connection
10:31:16 [INFO] lost connection
and so on some people can joien others can't

still no one

Do they have the Real minecraft beta account? Or are they using a fake one? If its fake, in your Server.Properties, put Online-Mode=False

erm not sure but if they used fake name wouldn't say not paid in the console ??
