people that could join b4 now cant

i dont even know what to say here. my lead admin who once had no problems joining now says the server shows up as offline and he cant conect to it.everyoneelse(that i know of) has no problems. im not sure even how to trouble shoot this.any ideas guys? FYI im using a domain name[epicworld.no-ip.biz] if that matters. iv tried giving hom my ip[dynamic] but he cant connect to that either
