   im currently making a plugin but i wanna add Particle Effects,does ANYONE have a link to somewhere where i can find how to use particle effects for Java 8 server spigot 1.8.8 ....im getting tired of trying so much but nothing works..

   1. You can use Packets (PacketPlayOutWorldParticles)
   2. You can use a library / util. (I recommend @DarkBladee12 's particle effect util. https://bukkit.org/threads/1-8-particleeffect-v1-7.154406/)
