Part of land wont let me build

    There is this about a 25x15 area that it wont let anyone build or break blocks in on my server. Usually this wouldnt matter but it is right in the middle of the main city of the server. So I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.

    do you have spawn protection set to 1 or 0 in your server properties?
