Is the spawn in a main world folder? Have you tried setting the main world to that world? If yes, what went wrong? This is with Essentials or a different plugin?
Get multiverse, just drop it into the plugins folder and wait for the files to load. Then get the map of the world the spawn is in, and paste it into the main file. Do NOT delete the main world. After you do that, type /mv import (world name). Then you do /mv tp (worldname) Voila! If you choose, you can world edit the spawn in the map to the main world, and then delete the spawn world by typing /mv delete (worldname). Hope this helped

There is a tab on the first permission in your mod group; tabs break files. Also, you seem to have accidentally put the essentials.jails node on the same line as another permission node instead of going to the next line.

Paste your revised file as it looks now. Could you describe what problems you are having in greater detail?
Such errors can be prevented by using http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/. Just paste your code in there and it will tell you if theres an error in the syntax. It will not, however, solve runtime errors such as putting essentials.jails on the same line as another permission. Run the new code through the parser to double-check you havent made any careless errors.
