Other plugin with same name?

This is a general complaint, someone approved a plugin without verifying if it already existed on BukkitDev. I even suspect that they saw it existed and modified the permanent URL because it existed.

This is my plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/censorit/
It was created 17 Oct 2011 and approved on 22 Oct 2011 by fernferret.

This is the other plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/censor-it/
It has the same name but their project was created on 8 Nov 2011, pretty much the same day I posted my BukkitDev project onto the forums here (http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/ch...ct-yet-versatile-censoring-system-1337.44809/).

I hadn't posted it on the forum because I was testing if I would get as much downloads with and without (I had 32 downloads without and now 58 with, so not too big difference).

One would expect plugin approvers to verify if names are already taken and suggest a change before approving. This is one of the FEW things I expect the approval to go through (these include description format check, bad words, to name a few).
