Plugin Request OpenAlc for ProjectE

Hello good people.

I am in need of being able to open Alchemical Bags from the ProjectE mod (this is for the Tekkit Legends modpack).
Presently Tekkit Classic has a plugin that can do this although this is only for Equivalent Exchange.
Is it possible that someone could perhaps update the existing plugin to allow bags to be viewed and changed. That would be great

This is the link to the old version. I did attempt to change it myself but theres far too many issues with compatibility that I worry it may need completely rewriting.

Im not fussed about the /openinv part as theres already the openinv plugin that does that, plus it conflicts with its commands. So only really /openalc would be good.
