Only OPs can use commands

This problem is driving me crazy: Even though I allow essential warp, kits, etc, only OPs can use these commands (even the owner, who has all the permissions - '*' can't use them)

It seems to be a parsing error. You wrote the permissions with PEX correct? Not the permissions.yml that is in the root directory.

Your PEX file doesn't look like anything I have seen before...

PermissionsEx is a pretty outdated plugin.

 

I still use it and it works just fine for me

I used a friend's permission.yml file (from plugin\PermissionsEx) and added permissions.
The rank prefix works fine.

And what should it looks like?

 

Try starting fresh with a new file, I can do it for you just add me on skype although I charge a very slight amount
