What I want: I'd like to see when a Player/User places blocks down in the regions that they are allowed to, once a player leaves the game the placed blocks are removed and allow other players to build there. So 1. Player joins places blocks in a region/area, player leaves the game/world the blocks are removed/set to air. Ideas for commands: No commands, just enabled on 1 world/can be used with perworldplugins. Ideas for permissions: playerremoval.exemplt when the player leaves his block is still there.
