On my server if your not OP you cant build ??

    On my server i joined when i try to place it dissapeared

    Go a little farther from where you spawned. This may be because of the default spawn protection.

    Maybe delete your map and run your server, so that it makes a new one.

    I'm afraid I'm very busy with my forums, bukkit, spout, and 2 other forums, along with 3 servers I am staff on. I'm gonna half to pass :/
