Noob Question v2: My friends can't connect.

    I know this is a pretty common issue. I've done my homework and done everything I've seen or heard to fix this, but whenever my friend tries to log on to my server, he gets the connection time out message.

    My port is forwarded, my server is up and online (i can log on just fine) and there dont seem to be any other issues.

    I do have the whitelist plugin, but his username is in the .txt file for that, so I'm not sure whats going on.

    If anyone has any more advice, please help
