Non Op's cant break blocks?

    Any way to fix this? I have this server were I want NO cheating on, but my brother keeps useing commands. I cant un op him, because he cant break any block anymore! Please someone tell me how to make it so non op's can break blocks! Is it a plugin? Or am I not geting someing?

    Oh, and im sure it doesent matter, but im on a windows Vista.

    Spawn protection, maybe?
    Go to bukkit.yml, change spawn-radius to 0.

    Are you using PEX and its sub plugin "modifyworld" ? that has permissions to add.

    Else, there are other block protection plugins to prevent new people from doing anything.

    No, no plugins are in the server. But thanks for the help anyway!
