   I was hoping someone could create a plugin to make non functioning npcs, they don't have shops they just stand there and look at the people, I want this mainly for a shopmod I'm using just to make it look a bit better, I'm not sure how hard it is to create just an empty shell of a person but I would greatly appreciate it.
