    Suggested name:     noAttackAnimations

    What I want: I would like a plugin that would cancel the attack animation of villagers and offline players when they are created by Citizens2.

    What do you mean by the attack animation? arm swinging? if so this can not be edited as it it client side.

    Perhaps using packets or using protocollib can remove this?
