Problem/Bug No TNT or claiming over land in Factions?

    Hello. In Factions, I have an issue. I'm running a Hardcore Factions server. I would like it so TNT cannons work and all, and you can claim anywhere.

    How do I do this?

    TNT just doesn't blow up when shot out of a cannon in Factions, nor can people claim.

    I can provide any config I need to.
