Question No permission plugins will work.

I am currently running a new server with Worldedit, LordPermissions, vault, laggremover, and world guard running.

Lord permissions will not give anyone the permissions I set, I tried Bpermissions and got the same problem.

The suffix for the group "butt" is red like it should be
The suffix "butt" appears before the user Myconid

Myconid cannot use the permission "worldedit.clipboard.cut"

The user Shiro_Shizuki was unable to use "bukkit.command.ban.list" when she was added to "admin"

I cannot fathom why any of this is not working, I know it is most likely very obvious but I am in dire need of help.
