No one can connect to my server

the only people that can connect is people using the same router as which is my brother anyone else just gets connection refused

 

Are you giving others your external IP?
Did you port-forward?

You must port forward. Youtube helps, trust me.

Who is the manufacturer of your router?

 

My router is Linksys and Iam having trouble opening a port.

 

Use Port Map, or Hamachi. If you use Hamachi, make a network and tell your friends to join. Then, use the IP of your network.
