Solved No body can build in my server

Hey everyone i have a problem with my server.
Nobody can build here are is my perms folder.

The plugins i am using are:

does anyone have a solution?

 

can someone look at this i want to make my server public i still dont have a solution

What's your server IP? I may be able to figure it out.

My IGN is FullyCanadian if I need to be whitelisted

Do not ask for the IP. It has nothing to do with the problem.

Do not post your IP. Not only would it be considered advertising, but doing so and bringing this conversation off of the bukkit forum is against the rules.

What happens if you remove all the plugins? Does that fix your problem? If so, one of them is causing the problem.

 

i found out the problem it was the plugin kingdoms its whas glithy i removed it
