   Any plugin like Essentials, CommandBook, General, etc. has a command that can GIVE you items and the stack will read up to somewhere between 100-150 then reads NO number but still has a value. I don't think there are plugins that simply get rid of the cap.

   Based on what I've seen, stack size is stored in a signed byte anyway, meaning its limited to -127 to 127
