Nick Plugin: "Morphing player" [1.8.8]

Currently working on a nick plugin for a friend, I'm encountering those two problems, hoping you could give me some help:

1. How do you change the player's name over its head?
2. How do you change the player's skin

If I have to do it w/ NMS pls write the code down b/c I don't understand one little part... <3

If you do not even want to know how it works maybe look for something like a TagAPI.
I have no idea how to change skins but of course you can look through the github code of <Edit by Moderator: Redacted not allowed paid resource url> [/URL]if you just want to copy something.

The Plugin Development forums is to help you write your code; We do not write it for you. For that, go to the Plugin requests forum.

Since TagAPI has not been updated in a while, I recommend you use @AlvinB 's NameTagChange api.

 

Oh excuse me if it sounded like me being lazy, I just don't wanted to have some explanation for NMS which I don't even understand the first word of it. Any other tips with Bukkit w/o actual code were fine, too...
