I'd like a plugin that can print to everyone with a certain permission set whenever a new chunk is generated. Many times I'll get a lag spike on the server and wonder if its due to people expanding the map, or if some new plugin I may have upgraded is causing the problems. If its due to chunks being generated, then at least I can ignore the lag since I already know it causes lag.

Thanks! And Jaker you can still make a better one, maybe have a command to silence it, or suppress the messages for an interval after enough of them print. But even as-is this is very handy, thanks!
