Nerfing Explosions Plugin?

    Is there a plugin that Nerfs TNT Explosiong and Creeper? I'm asking because i want them to do damage but not to explode and make holes

    WorldGuard will give you limited control over explosion events, but I prefer Safe Creeper myself. You can control quite a bit more with it.
