Problem/Bug Needing help with PerWorldPlugins

Hello,

I am running a server and want to use the plugin PerWorldPlugins. I have installed the plugin but when I start up my server, no folder or config loads. I do /plugins in game and it does not show up.

My Server:
Host: HostHorde (https://www.hosthorde.com/)
JAR File: Spigot 1.8.8 (2015-08-20-a)
Java: I pretty sure my server runs Java 7. Not entirely sure.
Other Plugins installed: WorldEdit, SuperCraftBros, ServerListPlus, Vault, Multiverse-Core, PermissionsEx, UltimateHub, BarAPI, WorldGuard, RainbowArmour, PerWorldInventory, SurvivalGames, NoteBlockAPI, HiveJumpPads, HolographicDisplays, AdvancedSelector, CustomBosses, BossBarMessage, DoubleJumper, Essentials, Multiverse-Portals, uSkyBlock, UltraCosmetics

If you need any more information, please tell me. I hope someone can help me out with this. I really want to use this plugin.

What java version do they use?

is it possible for a java 7 or lower version of this plugin I can use for 1.8.8?
Or, how can I upgrade my server to Java 8 by host?

 

How can I recompile it for Java 7 or can I get someone to do it?

The best would be to leave hostHorde and find a better host, who allows you to use java 1.8.
Other than that, PM the developer or submit a ticket, to please include a java 7 version

Do you know any other host that uses Java 8, lets you have unlimited players, good amount of RAM and storage all for around $5.00USD a month other than HostHorde?

Just in case I have to leave HostHorde.
