Plugin Help Need Help With Rankup And Pex

So basically, I'm making a prison server, and I have all the ranks setup and everything. It's just when I type /rankup it does say "You've ranked up to B-Block" but then when I type something my prefix is still "C-Block".
I think it's just the prefix that isn't working, as it has added me to the B-Block group, it just hasn't changed the prefix as it hasn't removed me from C-Block, so I think it's just using the C-Block prefix.
I'm using spigot 1.8, vault 1.8, pex 1.8 and rankup 1.7.9 (I've looked for a 1.8 rankup plugin but can't find one, any suggestions would be appreciated)

I don't know everything you've tried, but seeing as it keeps you in both groups when you rankup, the most immediate thing I see is you could try changing "override-groups" to false in the rankup config. Also, I haven't used Pex in a while, but I don't think you need the "parent" category for B-Block. You don't have it for A, and seeing as you have the inheritance set for all of them, you should be good without it.

Also, this shouldn't affect your issue, but in your permissions.yml, you have a stray period on line 10.
