Need help with permissions!!

Don't we all? Haha Anyway, I am running a server with my friend, and before we go public with it we want everything running as smooth as possible. I am using BukkitPermissions to run on the server. It is being hosted with cubedhost.com. I am trying to add prefixxes and such to certain groups, or when people buy ranks. Is there anyway I can do that? What plugins would work with bukkitpermissions?
