Need Help with Paidranks!!

    My paidranks doesnt allow me to rankup to C prisoner. When I type rank-up, it ranks me up to B prisoner and keeps ranking me up to prisoner! Even if I manuadd myself to C rank, I still get ranked up to B! its really confusing.
