Need help solving PermsEx error in groups

I do also have some problems, everytime i load my 181 server my permissions file gets reversed....??? so when that happends, my pre-suffix dissapears on all players, my admins dont have much permission to anything.

I can see in the console that the permissions is running and i can look up people and see their permissions and what rank theyre on

So i had to reload 179 and now i got a h*ll lot of ppl swearing at me hehe, and besides where the heck can i get the 181 file ive tried so many now and none of them works with PEX
