Um I think in the group manager there is a "world" file maybe if you make another world name you can out it so it cant

Hi there i just made a Bukkit server yesterday but none of my friend can't join my server only my brother. And yes we all bought the game. I already port forward my router and i turn off my windows firewall but my friend still can't join. And i got comodo firewall. The error of my friends there getting is Server connection timed out. I give them my ip from cmyip.com and the port 25565 but they still can't join. how do i fix this? Thanks in advance

 

When u have alot of mods It tends to crash

 

Whats the update folder for? Spout just appeared in it.

 

It seems like it might be something with TooManyItems or CraftBukkit(not implying anything, it's just a theory) since i have only itemcraft mod(same thing even when i didn't have it) but no plugins on the server and my TooManyItems works totally fine on SP but not on MP, there's ALOT of items missing in the TooManyItems list, anyone know what's wrong?​

Hi, There is this one permission node that will not work for some reason. All my other ones work. Its the Buttonwarp plugin nodes. They will never work for me? I re downloaded everything and its still saying that No one has permission to use Buttonwarp.

 

I never used that plugin, I would contact the Dev of it and see 1 if he installed permissions on it and 2 if so whats the node

 

I did a while ago but everyone who asks him that question he never responds?

Hey emerica, appreciate you making this thread to help people. I have a question for you.

People seem to be attempting to connect to my bukkit server, however I frequently see this message..

[INFO] /(insert.IP.here) lost connection

I've been told by a couple people that they will log in and it will time out like that. There is virtually no lag on the server and never drop below 80% available memory. Note - some people are able to join so it's not like it's refusing everyone.

Anyone have any advice?

what does this means?

i'm using a few pluggins and i configurates most of them but... permissions files was all empty and i'm a noob configurating plugins i need urgently help
could you help me configurating it?

and how cna i link permitions with jobs?

Our router has a firewall, but our pc's don't. if I go portforwarding, should we install firewalls on our other computers who are connectet to our router?
