Need Help because of Mcmmo or Pwncraft Plugin pls!!

sry for my bad english :
I want make my server to an rpg server becuase it looks like fun
and i saw a server that was amazing i mean:
minecraft skyrim

My Question
:
How did they make class
Knight is the only class can use the diamond sword lives in cities
Thief: Can pick locks of doors, can wear leather armor, can crawl
Monk: Can bake bread and cereal.
The Barbarian: Can use diamond Axes and wear leather Armor
The dealer: Can open shops, live in Cities
The Bandit: Wear leather can, horseback riding, receives money looting ruch

Or that only one class can use diamondsword or so.

and what Plugins i need for this please help

I have Mcmmo and Pwncraft but how i make own classes with them?

 

I think permissions together with a few other plugins like command book worldguard and others would be useful. You'd have to parse out nodes to each group together with making group (ie class) specific blacklists...thats my guess. Sounds like a lot of work.
