Need a spawn plugin that will TP players on join (More info inside)

Hey guys. I have a hub server and it's really annoying whenever someone spawns in and they spawn in a portal, just to be teleported back to another server. What I need is a plugin that works with essentials, that will teleport everyone that joins the server to the spawnpoint set in essentials. If you guys know a plugin (thats not SpawnTP, already tried that) feel free to comment me a link. If anyone can make this plugin, that would be awesome! Thanks for hearing me out, and I hope I get some good responses
