Need a plugin that lets my players claim a region

Im making a kind of jail server and i want so when people just punch a block or something that jail just become their and they can do whatever they want inside it including building... i dont need chest and door protect... already have a better plugin for that

try residence, it's designed to do exactly what you want

 

Region market does this as well (Buy - Sell to claim) ... Really easy to use, I suppose you could set the buy value upon the sign to zero... check it out
