ahhh sorry didnt see the blue. ok You could use a zone plugin, set a zone deny entry or exit etc or you could create a teleport to a cell of obsidian. So if they mis behave type/tp jail. There are lots of them. Hope that helps.

 

And on my server there is a plugin /home, will all be in this prison just teleport: (

 

If Home plugin supports permissions, you can configure permissions so that only select few people can use the teleport commands. You can make it so that normal users don't have rights to it.
