Solved My vanilla server works fine, but only i can connect to my bukkit server

My ports are fine, my firewall shouldnt be the problem, it isnt blocking java

i figure this will be the next thing anyone asks to see, so here are my server properties.

any ideas as to whats going on?

i just decided to try turning my firewall off completely, still no help. it did nothing useful, so its definitely not my firewall blocking this

Nevermind, after days of trying to figure this out i had skipped over one stupid check mark on allow java..... sorry for the needless post
