Question my server says "Hey! You are not permitted to leave this area"

I am testing my lower ranks and everything works, but when i go into a multiverse portal and then walk, it says
Hey! You are not permitted to leave this area.
but when I have op or the permission * I can go through and walk around as much as I want.

@Minestegin do u have worldguard regions because that text is from worldguard

 

Get the regions.yml file from /plugins/WorldGuard/worlds/<name of world you're having problems in> and post it on http://pastebin.com/ and link the URL here.

and in the plotworld, it doesn't have one.

 

@Minestegin on your first regions file for spawn you have a flag which is exit deny which means they cant leave that region so you need to remove that flag by removing from the regions.yml or ingame with /rg flag spawn exit allow

 

Better yet, /rg f spawn exit without adding allow/deny will simply remove the flag.
