Solved My modifyworld isn't working...

    Or maybe I've just configured it wrong, I'm pretty sure I've done it right. I'm trying to disable players holding Emerald blocks and Emeralds in my creative world (I use an item based economy with them).

    Everything seems to be right, modifyworld wiki agrees, what could it be?

    You're giving a positive permission, how would that disable having emeralds? :)

    Ah yeah >.< thats a really old file, the permissions are now

    What about item-use-check and itemRestrictions in ModifyWorld's config.yml? They should be both at true

    1. Under users -> worlds: your worlds are 4 spaces in, instead of 2
    2. Under users -> worlds -> games: it says "permission" instead of "permissions"
    3. Your permissions lines are 4 spaces in, instead of 2
    4. I don't know if it matters, but ensure "plotworld" is all in the right case to match the world file

    Sorry, somehow I missed the post above where you had already gone over that part. Question: Has this been tested by a player in the user group that is not opped? If you've set yourself to the user rank, did you make sure you were not OP when you tested this feature in plotworld?

    I use Emeralds as currency on my server, using Gringotts. Gringotts (god bless it's soul) takes the liberty of depositing all Emeralds players have on them in their vaults when they change worlds, meaning a player can spawn 100000 Emeralds in creative and go back to survival a millionaire.
    The only way around this is to prevent said troublemaker from possessing Emeralds in the first place:

    Okay looking at your new permissions.yml... if it is exactly the one you're using on your server.
    - The user group base permissions now does not contain modifyworld.* when it should.
    - The negation of modifyworld in the plotworld perms now says <itemid> instead of the actual id's, don't know when that might have happened.
    - modifyworld.* under plotworld should not be there, but in the base permissions like I said above, the negations in the plotworld section will still get applied as higher priority than modifyworld.*
    - Once moved, you don't need to put modifyworld.* in all your other ranks, the inheritance chain passes it up for you.
    - rank should be:
