Problem/Bug My essentials plugin doesnt work! Why?

Hi, i have a server and am wondering why my essentials plugin doesnt work.
In my console it says;

Why is that?

 

@speedox_xlc Essentials isn't installed. The addons for it are but not the main plugin.

 

where can i find that then?

But in the plugin folder theire are; Essentials, Essentialschat and so on

@speedox_xlc If you say it's installed, then it failed to load. Please put the latest.log (found in the logs folder) in a pastebin.

because that file doesnt do anything because i removed the file since it stoped me from doing stuff...
