Solved My 1.13 Minecraft is keep saying pinging

Hello,

When I downloaded Craftbukkit 1.13 to create a Minecraft, after I created the server I loaded up Minecraft. When I tried to connected the server keeps saying pinging... and Cannot Connect, then times out.

I'm not sure how to get my server to load. I am on Windows 10 Minecraft Java Edition

1. Don't download Bukkit/Spigot anywhere. It is illegal, and because of that, can contain bitcoin miners or other malicious viruses/code. If you want to get a bukkit/spigot jar, use Buildtools.
2. Don't use 1.13. It is very unstable and could cause world corruption at this point in time.
3. Are you sure you are using the correct IP? Are you sure your port is open?
