    Hello my name is OrlandoLaCrue.
I am requesting a mute plugin because the one I am using is not enough for my server.
Please make it commpatable with, CraftBukkit 1.9
Anyway, this pluign's name will be; OrlandoCraftMutes
I will be using color codes (&)

Here how the commands will work:
/mute (player) (minutes) (reason) -mutes a player
    Permission: OrlandoCraftMutes.mute

    /unmute (player) -unmutes a player
    Permission: OrlandoCraftMutes.unmute
/mutes -shows all the player(s) that have been muted
    Permission: OrlandoCraftMutes.list

Here is how it wil show up:
PLEASE REMOVE ALL FORMATING AND COLOR FROM THE USERNAME IN THE MUTE MESSAGES AND REPLACE IT WITH RED (&c)
So lets say the player (OrlandoLaCrue) types this command: /mute Billy 10 Spam
This is how it will show up in chat: &cOrlandoLaCrue &6just muted &c&rBilly &6for: &fSpam -This message will be shown to everyone on the server
This is how it will be shown to the player who has been muted: &6You were muted by &cOrlandoLaCrue &6for: &c10 Minutes &6for: &fSpam
This is how it will be shown to the player who muted the player: &6You muted &cBilly
This is how it will be shown to the player who unmuted the player: &6You unmuted &cBilly
This is how it will be shown to the player when he/she does /mutes
    &6Players Muted:
    &cBilly &6was muted for: &c10 minutes &6for: &fSpam

This is how it will be shown to the player when he/she tries to speak: &cYou are muted!
This is how it will be shown to the player when he/she tries to mute a player who has been already muted: &cThis player is already muted!
This is how it will be shown to the player when he/she gets unmuted: &6You may talk again!
There will be a command blacklist when the player is muted:
Please make a config were I can add/remove commands, for I have a template please add /msg
This is how it will be shown to the player when he/she tries to use a blacklisted coomand: &cYou may not use this command while muted!
There will also be a feature were you can mute offline players (for testing)

Last thing, so lets say the server stops while a player is muted, if you can make it for there is a file with all the players who were serving there mute time when the server stopped, for when the server starts back up they are not unmuted.

@OrlandoLaCrue Essentials already has this, and so do hundreds of ban management/moderation plugins.

  3. I agree, you can disable certain features of Essentials if you want this...

Essentials does not a have a reason, other than that I would use that.
