Mute Plugin with RB build number?

Is their like a simple plugin that you can just do /mute [Player]
with the latest RB build number?
Only OPs can mute.
Are there any like this out there that is updated?

 

Most plugins with an older RB build number can still run on a newer RB. Try it first.

 

Essentials can do this for you

Yes, just Essentials works.

 

Before saying any plugin is outdated make sure you are using build 1318+. 1318 contains a fix when unloading plugins.

My plugin has that and works perfectly.

There's also commandbook which you could customize to only have the /mute command
