Multiverse teleport gamemode bug?

I am a server owner and I have quite a few worlds with different access perms.
My problem is If player A is in the creative world and player B tries to teleport to player A from the survival world but player B does not have permission to access the creative world player B stays in the survival world but his game mode is set to creative which means there are players flying around the survival world throwing diamond blocks everywhere.
Please help!

Try using a party plugin (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/skillapi-parties/) and remove /tp and /tpa for the group that player B is in.

Emerdisk I dont want to block the /tpa command all together.
Is there a way to stop players from teleporting to players that are in different world? e.g. Player A cont tpa/tp player B but Player A can still tpa/tp PlayerC who is in the same world as PlayerA?
