Multiverse Portal problems

Hey all. I'm setting up a server for a lot of my friends from another game. We want to set up a sort of network with other things like Survival, Minigames, Pvp. etc. and open it up to the public. Problem is, I can't get a portal to create from spawn to survival. I'd like to think I'm experienced-ish with plugins since I created all ranks on the server and the perms, fixed a lot of problems and have basically set everything up (yet I'm not even the owner lol)

Issue is: When selecting a region with my WE wand, and typing /mvp create SpSur I get the "An Internal Error Occurred while attempting to perform this command"

I read somewhere that MVP won't work with WE 6 and the guy fixed it by going back to WE 5, but that's highly outdated and MVP has been updated since. Problem is, idk what to do.
