   In my server I had instarlled Multiverse core but after 1 month multiverse didnt let me to edit the config and set pvp to true and monster spawning to false hat should i do??

   give a bit more detail, what happens when you try to edit the config? you may have another plugin thats overiding it

   After editing the file, do /mv reload
   
   OR stop the server, edit the file, then restart the server.
