Question Multiverse - Chat Help

Hello! I have a server in the making and I am using multiverse instead of bungeecord since it's a smaller server and I'm just starting out.
Long story short, is there a way to make it so the essentials shout doesn't go across worlds? The local chat works just fine and only works within a certain radius, but when someone uses the shout (!message), it can be seen across all worlds.
Is there a way to make it so shouts can only be seen in their individual worlds? If not is there another plugin that can make it so?
