Multiple Prefix plugin

Hi my name is Orlando,
I am requesting a plugin which allows you to have multiple prefixs.
Craftbukkit 1.9 please
Name: OrlandoCraftPrefix

I need it to have support with PEX
So let's say the player is in three groups with all different prefix's.
Groups that the player is in at the time;
- $25
- Builder
- well known member

this is how I would like it to show up in chat:
[$25] [Builder] [well know member] <OrlandoLaCrue> Hello World!

I WOULD USE ESSENTIALS CHAT, BUT IT MAKES IT PART THE USERNAME WHICH I DONT WANT!!
I would just combine all the prefix's into one but every time some donates more money or there rank is upgraded by a Admin, I don't want to create a whole new group for all the combinations of ranks.
I would just set one as a suffix and one as a prefix but I will be using at least 7 different prefix's.
I have looked all over the web for this but found nothing, the ones that were similar to this were not updated they were on like 1.7 still.

Also can you edit the Display of the username.
From this; <(Username)> (message) to (Username) &e> &f(message)

 

Ok, playing around with this I will do this request as it is rather easy. The following will be required, A permissions plugin and Vault and will be SPIGOT 1.9. CraftBukkit is very unstable and will not be used. I will have this for you relatively soon

Also thanks for using spigot 1.9, I upgraded and I have noticed way better performance on my server! Good thing bukkit plugins work on spigot...

 

I am going to test it on 1.8 however If Vault works for 1.9 then we are good.

Vault does work on 1.9 because I have plugin that uses vault and I am on 1.9

 

Do you happen to know which Java version you are using on your server?
