Problem/Bug [MULTICRAFT] ''Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.''

So 3 days ago i had the 1.9 version of multicraft worked fine, but i saw a update then i updated it to 2.0.0 it f'cked up anyways got everything working after a nice restore yesterday.. i was starting my friends server then i saw this error when i started it:

And ive searched a bit on google for this same issue people say lower ur ram.. i have 32gb ram on this dedicated server.. i just checked..

32813896 total memory
23762928 free memory

i have no idea how i have 23762928 memory left (23gbram) if i restored my dedi full yesterday but anyways guys if anyone knows this issue it will be helpfull!

I have a question too if anyone knows bout multicraft, does the license go to the panel or the daemons? like if i have 10 servers on a license does it allow the daemon to make 10 servers or the panel?
