Problem/Bug Much lag in my server

    I have a problem with my server, the problem is the excesive lag, when you launch fireworks it no explode in normal time,these explode seconds after.
    the same problem occurs in the mini-games , when you are in the lobby and begins the countdown , this is very slow for example the countdown is : 10 seconds, but in reality it takes 20 seconds.

    More information:

    -RAM: 2 Gb.
    -This problem was not the case a few weeks ago.

    Please help me. :) Sorry for my english ,not is my native language.

    How many plugins do you have loaded?
    Your ram is VERY low for a server
    If you have 50+ plugins that would be the cause
