Moving Large Building

    First off, I'm not sure if this problem belongs here. I'm sorry if it does not. Now, my problem is I have this giant spawn in the wrong type of world. I already made the world I want the spawn to go in (empty end world). Everytime I try to move it with WorldEdit, the server crashes. I tried messing with MCEdit, but I can't figure out how to use it. Any help with the issue would be great.

    MCEdit would be the better program for large files.
    Get familiar with moving around. There are quite a few youtube tutorials on Importing schematics.
