Most recent builds of craftbukkit admin commands broken?

Has anyone noticed builds 100+ seem to have the basic admin commands broken?

I downloaded build 106 just now, new directory and fired the server up. It seems for example:
/help doesnt work
/give doesnt work

Logs show
gimmic issued server command: help
Unknown console command. Type "help" for help.
gimmic issued server command: op
Unknown console command. Type "help" for help.
gimmic issued cserver command: give
Unknown console command. Type "help" for help.

I have zero plugins loaded, moved world and server.properties over.

 

Have you tried - in game - to use /#help and /#give, which is the way you are supposed to call server commands?

 

Ah, wow. plain /commands worked previously.

/#help works,
/#give says invalid command unless properly completed. Maybe an error which indicates the command is not complete rather than invalid command?
