Monsters Do not Spawn.

    The problem is Monsters are not Spawning

    First off spawn-monsters is set to true. Running Bukkit 556
    I have a few plugins that may effect it...

    World Guard
    World Edit

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I am missing the creepers...

    Are the ***** in the server-ip you hiding your IP from the world?

    Try disabling the plugins, and see if the issue persists.
